Salary Survey

The Washington City/County Management Association salary survey of city managers and administrators is a comprehensive survey of the total compensation package for appointed city leaders in Washington, including salary, benefits, severance provisions, etc. The survey results help to understand the salary range for city managers and administrators, the range of recent salary increases, the types of benefits and other compensation that are offered, and the range of severance provisions to supports greater transparency and fairness in compensation.
